We combine the benefits of a cohort based course (a program that allows a group of learners to move through a course in sections, simultaneously) and a workshop (a program with interactive meetings in which a group of people go through a series of activities to achieve a learning goal or solve a problem).

Typical cohort based learning is centered around instructional design whereas we have consciously designed our programs to create focus on the learner's journey. Our programs address the needs for context, compliance, communication & feedback by pairing asynchronous & synchronous methods of learning.

Our follow-up timelines are detailed to allow habit formation & processing information through repetition & reinforcement.

The non-nerdy version: you learn, practice, jam with others, share specific problems on our 1:1, rinse & repeat for 4 weeks so your chances of making intentional changes increase exponentially.

Yes, a digital certificate of completion will be issued post completion of the program.

No, we have intentionally not included that as part of the program. We will share a lot of resources through the weeks, but would encourage you to attend the live session(s).
